There is a brochure out from the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center that contains class listings for summer programs- visual arts, theater, chorus and photography. If you have an interested student please have them see me for a paper copy. You can also look at the brochure at thttp://www.dearborntheater.com

Mr. Rashid Beydoun, of the Stout Theater Company, will be doing two productions- The Little Mermaid ( ages 11-17) and 101 Dalmatians (ages 5-12).

The Arab American National Museum will be offering a SURA ARTS project taught by professional photographers and teaching artists.
A big “thank you” goes to the Snow students who participated in Monday’s Care to the CORE event. This event highlighted excellent poetry and writings by our students during a school-wide assembly on leadership, taking a stand against bullying, as well as “doing good and helping others”; which happened to be the theme of our guest speaker, Mr. Ali Sayed, Founder & CEO of HYPE Athletics Community! 🙂
As you can see, we also had a ‘special guest’ stop in to visit us, Snow’s own Wolf who brought Dearborn Schools’ vision sign, too!
Monday, April 30: Books for Bikes Ends!
Parents: Please send your child to school with gardening gloves- if you have some- for Monday, April 30. All of our students and staff will participate in a belated Earth Day activity. The action we are taking is to spruce up and clean up our school grounds. We will be picking up trash and garbage and pulling weeds. Thanks in advance!
