Snow Elementary was constructed in 1952 and sits on 13.6 acres of land.
Under the 2026 transformational bond, the school would be completely remodeled. Estimated remodeling cost $24,287,555. Snow Elementary had air conditioning and new boilers installed a few years ago. For an overview, see the one-page Snow flyer.

- Technology and furniture upgrades
Phase 4 (Years 15 to 20)
- Major renovations to classrooms, media center, and gym
- Cafeteria and kitchen upgrades
- Site improvements including parking and playgrounds
- Major mechanical replacement
- Building enclosure such as roofing, windows, doors
- Major electrical replacement
- Major plumbing replacement
