Dear Snow Community,
Please complete the form below if you would like your students to participate in the district summer school being offered. Attendance is required for the full five weeks from Monday June 27th to Thursday July 28th. Deadline to complete this application is May 15, 2022. A waitlist will be available after May 15 pending open slots. Please understand that the completion of this form is an agreement to attend the full program. If you have any questions regarding student enrollment, please call the school office.
Please fill out a separate application for each student.
Current Preschool Students:
- Will be enrolled by GSRP staff and attend the elementary schools where they will be for kindergarten.
Current Fifth grade students:
- Will be enrolled at their elementary buildings this spring and attend summer school at the school where they are placed for 6th grade.
