This message is only for families whose children are coming into the building to take the in person WIDA test. If you have not been contacted by the school regarding this test please disregard this message.
Please complete the screener prior to sending in your child to the building. You have the option of using the QR Code or the the bitly link to complete the form electronically found in the link below. For those who would prefer a paper copy please download the form below, complete and send it in with your child on the day they are scheduled to test. We will supply paper copies in the school lobby at check if you are unable to complete in advance. Thank you
